Jharkhand to host U-15 National Boys-Girls Wrestling Competition in Ranchi

Ranchi, April 26: Jharkhand is set to host the Under-15 National Boys-Girls Wrestling Competition from May 27 to 29 in Ranchi. Apart from this, the junior ranking women’s-men’s national wrestling competition will also be held here.

According to Rajnish Kumar, general secretary of Jharkhand State Wrestling Association, the Indian Wrestling Association has given the responsibility of organising the wrestling competition to Jharkhand. It will be organised under the aegis of the Jharkhand State Wrestling Association at Harivansh Tana Bhagat Indoor Stadium, Khelgaon in Ranchi.

Around 2,300 female and male wrestlers from 28 states and various units across India will participate in this competition. 400 trainers, managers and technical officers will also participate in this competition.
