Ranchi, Jan.28: Congress party workers in Jharkhand are ready to welcome new Jharkhand in charge of All India Congress Committee, Avinash Pande, who accompanied by deputy in-charge of the state Umang Singhar is expected to reach the state capital tomorrow.

Though state president Rajesh Thakur could not be contacted for his comment about taking preparation, another senior party leader Alok Dubey confirmed the preparedness sharing a picture of a meeting held for the same.

“Entire city will be decorated with banners and posters and party workers from different parts of the state are reaching to welcome the new in-charge at the airport where special arrangements have been made to welcome the new in-charge,” Dubey said.

Dubey said on the arrival of the new in-charge he will be made aware of the current political situation of the state and will be requested to guide the party workers in a proper manner to strengthen the basis of the century-old party of the country.

Pande has been appointed new in-charge after former in-charge R.P.N.Singh joined the BJP a few days after he was appointed star campaigner for the Congress in the UP election.
