Notably, various districts of Jharkhand, supporters of Khatian-based Employment Policy are opposing the present bill prepared by the state government after taking the opinion of the youth. Students preparing for competitive exams say that the employment policy made by the government on the basis of the opinion of the youth is not appropriate.
Meanwhile, the students say that due to the new Employment Policy of the government, they believe their future is bleak. This is the reason why the students have opened a front against the government on social media. On March 10, a #60_40_Nay Chalto campaign has been started on Twitter, which is getting a lot of support.
The candidates have also demanded that the state government implement Khatiyan-based Employment Policy. Notably, the state government had sought the opinion of the candidates who appeared for the JPSC exam on the employment policy on the basis of an audio call survey. The government has said that after taking the opinion of about 8 lakh youth, the government came to the conclusion that the employment policy of the year 2016 should be implemented. About 73 percent of the candidates had given their opinion in its support.
