JIADA clears 131 new projects

Ranchi, Sept 24: The Project Clearance Committee (PCC) of Jharkhand Industrial Area Development Authority (JIADA) cleared as many as 131 new projects in a meeting organised at JIADA Bhawan.

As many as 136 applications for projects were submitted. Barring five, the PCC  cleared all.

Out of 131 cleared projects, 18 were related to project change and project expansion.

Secretary of Federation of Jharkhand Chambers of Commerce and Industries Rahul Maru informed this saying the process of allotment of land will be started for the projects cleared in the meeting.

He said that those present during the clearance of projects included former chairpersons of FICCI Vikas Singh and Ranjeet Tibrebal, besides regional director of JIADA Ajay Kumar Singh and officials of the Jharkhand State Pollution Control Board.
