Ranchi: Amid the ongoing investigation into the JPSC-JSSC recruitment scam, a fresh complaint has surfaced detailing the alleged assets of exam mafia figure Mithilesh Singh, with attached photographs and documents referencing a new house and flat in Delhi, alleging that Singh and his associates amassed properties worth crores across multiple parts of the country through money earned from question paper leaks and alleged OMR tampering.
Complaint Names Mithilesh Singh as Key Figure Behind Network
The complaint identifies Mithilesh Singh, alias R.K. Singh, as the mentor of Abhay Kumar Tiwari and the principal figure behind the alleged exam mafia network. It alleges that Singh and his associates benefited candidates across various competitive examinations through leaked question papers and manipulated OMR sheets, with the complainant claiming the network accumulated assets exceeding Rs 300 crore.

Photographs accompanying the complaint reference property in Delhi, with claims that money generated through alleged exam irregularities was invested in purchasing land, houses and flats across multiple cities, including Delhi, Ranchi and other locations.

The complaint references the 2022 Junior Engineer examination conducted by the Jharkhand Staff Selection Commission, alleging that the question paper was leaked roughly three days prior to the exam and reached approximately 700 candidates across Bihar and Jharkhand, ultimately forcing the exam’s cancellation after the paper went viral. The complaint demands an investigation into Mithilesh Singh and his network’s role in this case, along with allegations that the 2024 Graduate Level examination paper was similarly leaked, resulting in its cancellation.
