Ranchi, June 13: The Jharkhand Staff Selection Commission (JSSC) has released the notification of the Jharkhand Technical Graduate Level Combined Competitive Examination 2022. Under this, the commission has invited applications to fill 594 vacancies on posts like Fisheries Supervisor, Block Agriculture Officer & Equivalent, Assistant Research Officer and Equivalent, and Plant Protection Inspector and Equivalent among others.
The online application process for this recruitment will start on June 15, while the last date for application is July 13. The examination fee can be paid till midnight on July 16. Meanwhile, the link to take the print out of the dedicated application form by uploading the photograph and signature will be available on the website till midnight on the 19th of July. A link will also be made available for any incorrect entry in the dedicated online application form from July 20 to midnight of July 22. Candidates may correct everything except the name of the candidate, date of birth, e-mail id, and mobile number.
In the above-mentioned 594 posts, 59 posts for Fisheries Supervisor, 305 posts for Block Agriculture Officer & Equivalent, eight posts for Assistant Research Officer and Equivalent, 26 posts for Plant Protection Inspector and Equivalent, 26 posts for Statistical Assistant & Equivalent, 30 posts for Geophysical Analyst and 140 posts for Senior Auditor will be made available.
In addition to the prescribed qualification, it will be mandatory for the candidates to have passed Matriculation and Intermediate from a recognized educational institution of Jharkhand along with knowledge of local customs, language, and environment. However, candidates of the reservation quota will be exempted from this.
There will be one stage (main examination) for appointment to the above posts. The exam will be taken on the OMR seat. All questions will be objective type and multiple choice answer based. Three marks will be awarded for each correct answer, while one mark will be deducted for each wrong answer. There will be three papers in the written examination.
Candidates will apply together for the advertisement (10/2022 and 11/2022) related to the backlog and regular appointments. They will be given its option in the online application. In the case of applying together in the light of both the advertisements, the same examination fee will have to be paid. If a candidate applies for only one advertisement, then in that case also he will have to pay the same examination fee for the other advertisement. One test will be conducted for both advertisements. For the minimum age limit of the candidates, August 1, 2022, while for the calculation of the maximum age limit, the reference date has been fixed as August 1, 2010, have been set.
Notably, the JSSC has fixed the fee for the exam at Rs 100. At the same time, the examination fee for ST, and SC candidates in Jharkhand state will be Rs 50. Exemption in examination fee is admissible to the handicapped candidates of Jharkhand having 40 percent or more disability. Under the Combined Graduate Level Competitive Examination 2015, the candidates who have appeared in the advertisement number-14/2015 and 15/2015 will have to apply again. Although the candidates will not have to pay the examination fee, they will not get an exemption from the examination fee if they do not enter the registration number and date of birth of the previously dedicated application in the new application form.
