JSSC invites applications for 455 matric-level posts, check here

Ranchi, Aug 29: The Jharkhand Staff Selection Commission has invited applications for recruitment on the 455 matriculation-level posts of insect keeper and equivalent and skilled craftsman & equivalent in the Department of Industries.

Also known as the Jharkhand Matriculation Level Combined Competitive Examination (JMLCCE) 2022, the process of applying for these posts is to start from September 11, 2022, while the last date is October 10, 2022. Interested candidates can visit the official website of JSSC at www.jssc.nic.in and complete the application process.

Posts

JSSC has invited applications for the recruitment of 455 vacant posts of matriculation-level posts of insect keeper & equivalent and skilled craftsman and equivalent. Appointments will be made for 268 posts of insect keeper & equivalent and 187 posts of skilled craftsman and equivalent.

Payscale

Insect keeper & equivalent – Rs 18000 – Rs 56900

Skilled craftsman & equivalent – Rs 19900 – Rs 63200

Qualification

The candidates must have passed Matriculation and Inter from a recognized institute to apply for the posts.

Age

The minimum age limit of the candidates has been fixed at 21 years while the maximum age limit has been kept in the range of 35-40 years as per different categories.

Application fee

The general category candidates will have to pay an application fee of Rs 100 while the SC/ST candidates of Jharkhand state will have to pay an examination fee of Rs 50.

Selection Process

According to the notification, the candidates will be selected based on their performance in the written examination which will be OMR based.
