Walk-In Interview At RIMS For Temporary Lab Technician Post On December 13

Ranchi: Rajendra Institute of Medical Sciences (RIMS) has announced a walk-in interview for the post of Laboratory Technician under the DHR-sponsored project in the Multi-Disciplinary Research Unit. The appointment will initially be for three months, with the possibility of extension based on project requirements and performance.

Eligibility, Qualifications And Experience Required

Applicants must be below 35 years of age. Candidates should have an M.Sc in Biotechnology, Microbiology or Life Science with experience in ELISA, Immunoassay, Biochemical Tests or PCR. Alternatively, Class 12 (Science) with MLT or DMLT from a recognised institution and five years of laboratory experience will also be considered. Selected candidates will receive a monthly remuneration of ₹20,000 plus HRA.

Interview Schedule And Important Instructions For Applicants

The walk-in interview will be held on December 13, 2025, at 10:30 AM in the Seminar Hall on the third floor of the new Administrative Building at RIMS. Candidates must bring a duly signed application mentioning name, father’s name, date of birth, qualifications, work experience, current address and contact details. All original certificates and documents must be presented at the time of verification. Only candidates with degrees obtained through regular programs will be considered eligible. No TA/DA will be provided. RIMS reserves the right to relax age and qualification criteria if required, and also holds the authority to cancel the advertisement if necessary.
