Ranchi, Apr 7: The Jharkhand Staff Selection Commission (JSSC) has released a notification for the Jharkhand Industrial Training Officer Competitive Examination 2022. The registration process will begin on April 12 and will end on May 12, 2022. Candidates can apply online through the official site of JSSC on www.jssc.nic.in. This recruitment drive is set to fill up 727 posts for both backlog and regular appointments in the organization.
The last date for payment of fees is May 14, while the last date for uploading photos and signatures is till May 16, 2022. Final changes in submitted forms will be allowed from May 17 to midnight on May 19. The exam, most likely to be held in OMR format, is hoped to be held in the first week of June, however, exact dates are yet to be released. The notification further mentions that recommendations/appointments made under the advertisement may be affected by the final order passed in the case of Ramesh Hansda and others vs Government of Jharkhand.
The exam will be conducted in one stage (main exam) based on OMR. There will be three papers in the written examination. All the questions in the written examination will be objective type and multiple choice answers based. The first paper will be for language and general knowledge, the second for regional/tribal language knowledge and the third will be for technical knowledge.
Notably, in addition to the prescribed qualification, it will also be mandatory for the candidates to have passed Matriculation and Inter from a recognized educational institution in Jharkhand. It will also be necessary for the candidate to have knowledge of local customs, language and environment. In the case of candidates who have qualified from the reservation policy of the state of Jharkhand, the provision regarding passing of matriculation and inter from Jharkhand will be relaxed.
The examination fee for the said exam has been set at Rs 100. Meanwhile, the examination fee for the ST-SC candidates of Jharkhand state is set to be Rs 50. Exemption in examination fee is admissible to disabled candidates of Jharkhand state with 40 percent or more disability.
