Dhanbad, April 7: Leading business house of the country JSW group has picked up six students of BIT Sindri metallurgical engineering department from campus.
Prof ( Dr) Ghanshyam, the chairman of the career development centre (CDC) for training and placement of BIT said that six students of the institution have been selected from the campus for the position of junior engineer training (JET) with a cost to company (CTO) of Rs 8 lakh per annum.
The selected candidates are Suraj Kumar Roy, Pradeep Kumar Mohali, Sandeep Yadav, Pratima Kumari, Sonu Kumar Sharma and Mukesh Marandi (all are the students of metallurgical engineering department).

It plays an important role in driving the country’s economic growth,” observed chairman Ghanshyam of the career development centre.
BIT Sindri Director DK Singh expressed happiness and congratulated the students on their selection.
“I would like to extend my sincere regard and gratitude to the JSW team for the smooth conduction of the entire selection process in virtual mode. I would also like to acknowledge the training and placement cell coordinators of the institution, Madhav Kumar and his for their continuous efforts in lining up campus selection for the students,” said director DK Singh.
