Ranchi: On Wednesday morning, the income tax raid on the bases of three companies including Shakambhari builder located on Kanke Road seems to be linked to Budu’s 1450-acre land scam. Let us tell you that on Wednesday morning, the Income Tax team reached the whereabouts of these three companies and is engaged in checking the papers. The three companies whose whereabouts are being rated by the Income Tax team. These include Shakambhari Builder Private Limited, Kosi Consultant Limited and Suncity Impax Private Limited.
The land in the first deed has been sold to Chandresh Bajaj, owner of Shakambari Builders.
Out of these three companies, two companies have purchased two big plots in Ranchi district on 27 February 2019. In the first deed, the land has been sold to Chandresh Bajaj, owner of Shakambari Builders. Chandresh Bajaj is the son of Pawan Bajaj. Pawan Bajaj is also a member of BJP Life Fund. He has a close relationship with BJP leaders.
It also includes people associated with BJP.
In the second deed, Kosi Consultant Private Limited has bought the land. Whose owner is Rahul Kumar, who is the son of Shailendra Kumar. He hails from Unnao, Uttar Pradesh. In the Bundu land scam, thousands of acres of land were bought and sold by converting the land of Gairmajrua, tribal ryot and forest land into a land bank. People associated with BJP are also included in this.
