Lalu leaves for treatment at AIIMS Delhi

Ranchi, March 22: After being referred by the medical board of the Rajendra Institute of Medical Science to AIIMS, RJD supremo Lalu Yadav left for New Delhi today.

In view of the deteriorating health of Lalu Yadav, convicted in a fodder scam case, the doctors of the RIMS Medical Board have referred him to AIIMS.

On hearing the news of Lalu going to AIIMS, the RJD workers and leaders reached RIMS. RIMS Director Dr Kameshwar Prasad met Lalu before he was set to leave for Delhi. The medical superintendent and deputy medical superintendent also came to meet Lalu.

Bhola Yadav, who is called the ‘Hanuman’ of Lalu Prasad, reached RIMS to pick him up. According to the information received, Lalu Prasad’s elder daughter Misa Bharti has reached Ranchi by a chartered plane. She went to Delhi alongwith her father.

At the same time, many leaders of Rashtriya Janata Dal reached RIMS. RJD General Secretary Abhay Singh, Yuva Morcha State President Ranjan Yadav, Chief Spokesperson Dr Manoj, Anita Yadav, Rajesh Yadav, Surendra Yadav and other leaders were present among those who reached RIMS.
