As many as 10 girls had got jobs in an innerwear production company, KPR, in Tirupur in Tamil Nadu. After they joined the job, they faced language problems and decided to return. They contacted the labour department sharing the problem they were facing due to language hurdles.

When the matter came into the knowledge of chief minister Hemant Soren he realised the situation and made arrangements for their immediate return. The girls started on October 3 and reached today.
