Latehar excels in kids’ vaccination with 152 doses on first day after Holi

Daltonganj, Mar 20: Latehar is appearing as a steady performer in terms of Covid vaccination. The district did it again regarding the vaccination of the kids.

Today, on the first day after Holi, Palamu struggled hard to achieve even 20 vaccinations of kids while Garhwa could not open its account. However, Latehar achieved 152 vaccinations of kids by the closing time.

Latehar Civil surgeon Dr. Haren Chandra Mahto told lagatar24.com this evening that his team has so far vaccinated 152 eligible students of the JN Vidyalaya.

The CS said that he was present in the JN Vidyalaya and monitoring the vaccination.

Earlier, Latehar had outperformed Palamu and Garhwa on the first day of the launching of vaccination of eligible teens in the age group 12 to 14 on March 16.

On the first day, Latehar was not any far from the 2,000 vaccinations when Palamu was far below 500 and Garhwa was below 400 counts of the vaccination.
