Lohardaga, Aug 27: A child was killed and thrown into a well in Hisari village located in the Bagdu police station area of the district. The child has been identified as Ashish Mahali, son of Kishore Mahali, a resident of Opa village. It is alleged that Mir Mohammad’s son Mir Farooq has executed this incident.
After getting the information, the police reached the spot and on the basis of suspicion Mir Farooq was taken into custody. After this, the body of the child was recovered from the well at his instance. At present, the exact reasons for the murder have not been known.
It is reported that Mir Farooq took the child with him by giving him a chocolate. Afterwards, he mercilessly murdered the child. Upon receiving information about the child’s murder, a tense situation arose in the village. In view of this, a substantial number of police forces have been deployed in the village to maintain control in any tense situation. The exact reasons for the murder are not yet known. Although various discussions are taking place in the village regarding the incident, the police are currently investigating all aspects. After the investigation, the details of the homicide will be revealed.
