Lok Adalat organises in Ramgarh court premises

Ramgarh, Nov 13: A total of 243 cases pending in the court were executed in the National Lok Adalat on Saturday. Its total settlement amount was Rs 87 lakh 69 thousand 161. A total of 1729 cases of pre-litigation and banks were executed. Its total settlement amount was two crore 14 lakh 31 thousand 508.

In the National Lok Adalat, Judge, District Advocates Association President Anand Agarwal were present.  National Lok Adalat was organized on Saturday in the Civil Court Ramgarh premises.

District and Sessions Judge cum President Dalsa Brajesh Kumar Gautam organized the National Lok Adalat. Six benches were constituted in the National Lok Adalat. Additional District and Sessions Judge I Sheshnath Singh, Civil Judge Rohit Kumar and Advocate Manish Kumar in the first bench constituted, Additional District and Sessions Judge II Sanjay in the second bench.

Civil Judge Sandeep Kumar and  Advocate Nitesh Kumar, Chief Judicial Magistrate Kusum Kumari in the third bench, SDJM co-PMJJB Gautam Kumar and Advocate Kaushalya Devi, Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate Manoj Kumar Ram in the fourth bench, Judicial Magistrate First Class Vidyavati Kumari and Advocate Jitendra Kumar, permanent chairman in the fifth bench Members of Lok Adalat Pradeep Kumar Chaurasia, Arun Kumar and Devthan were seated and Chairman Consumer Forum GK Rai, Member Kumari Neena Singh and Advocate Shivnath Thakur were placed in the sixth bench.
