New Delhi, Feb 9: In the Rajya Sabha today, Prime Minister Narendra Modi is replying to the Motion of Thanks to the President’s Address.
Opposition MPs raise slogans of “Modi-Adani bhai-bhai” in Rajya Sabha as PM Modi replies to Motion of Thanks on President’s address.
“I want to tell these MPs (Oppostion MPs)…the more you throw ‘keechad’, the better the lotus will bloom,” said PM Modi in Rajya Sabha during Motion of Thanks on President’s address.

Notably, Opposition parties have been criticising the Central government harshly throughout the current budget session on the Adani issue.
The opposition has been calling for an investigation of the accusations made against the Adani group by the Hindenburg firm. As Prime Minister Modi was speaking on Wednesday, members of the Bharat Rashtra Samithi (BRS), Leftist parties, and some Congressmen left the Lok Sabha while waving signs.
