Ranchi, Aug 26: A one-day workshop was organised in BSc (CA/IT/CM/CS) department of Marwari College on Friday. Keynote speaker Rajkumar, Senior Journalist, Lagatar Media Pvt. Ltd talked of transformational education.
Rajkumar while speaking in the context of Swami Vivekananda said that man is a book. If you have read man then you have read everything. He talked about ‘leadership and integrity’ which is used in NCC, NSS, and scouting.
Coordinator Professor Aich gave a success mantra to students, which was based on a SWOT analysis. Dr R R Shama talked of seeing the opportunity. “It will bring a lot of negative challenges; achieve your goal by setting everyone aside,” he added.
Principal Dr Manoj Kumar, Professor in-charge and IQAC Member Secretary Dr R. R. Sharma and coordinator Prof. Shubhankar Aich along with assistant coordinator Prof Shivanandan Ram and assistant teachers Dr Archana Kumari, Prakash Kumar, Meera Sahu, Kunal Gupta, Raju Manjhi and Anubhav Chakraborty were present on the occasion.
During the seminar Principal Dr Manoj Kumar explained the meaning of success. He said that success does not mean having a lot of bravery, money, vehicles and land.
