Jamshedpur, Nov 1: The dominating north-westerly currents and absence of any western disturbance would result in clear whether across Jharkhand on Tuesday and in the next 48- hours, said the weatherman.
According to weather department officials, fog and mist are expected to prevail early in the morning and later clear sky.
“Today’s satellite pictures and chart analysis revealed clear weather conditions across 24 districts of Jharkhand. There is no adverse weather condition which is going to impact Jharkhand’s weather at least in the next 72 hours, ” said Abhishek Anand, head of IMD’s Ranchi Meteorological Centre.
He went on to say that there will be no significant changes in the maximum and minimum temperatures for the next three to four days.
Met statistics revealed that Khunti, Simdega and a couple of other places recorded a minimum temperature of 13 degree Celsius on Tuesday.
Ranchi and Daltonganj recorded around 15-degree celsius while Steel City Jamshedpur recorded a night reading of around 18-degree Celsius.
According to Met statistics, most places in the Santhal Pargana region recorded minimum readings between 17 and 19 degree Celsius.
