Ranchi, Sept.25: As many as nine physically challenged youths from the state were honoured with Hunarvaaz Puraskar from the union rural development ministry for their skill.
The award ceremony was organised online in which all the 66 award winners from 12 states of the country participated.
Award recipients were imparted training at Deen Dayal Upadhyaya Grameen Kaushalya Yojana (DDU-GKY)to become self-dependent.
The list of award winners from Jharkhand include Kulwanti Bara (Garhwa), Sunita Tudu (Hazaribagh), Shabnam Khatoon (Hazaribagh), Savirtri Kumari (Dumka), Asha Tuti (Khunti), Abodh Mahatha (Bokaro), Tejiy Kumari (Bokaro), Pinky Kumari( Dhanbad) and Neha Rekha Kumari (Ranchi).
