New Delhi, Aug 13: Fans of comedian Raju Srivastava continue to pray for him as he battles for his life at AIIMS Delhi after suffering a heart attack while working out on August 10.

Raju Srivastava’s family had earlier released a statement informing everyone that he is stable and requesting prayers for a quick recovery.

According to reports, Srivastava has demonstrated some movement even though his brain is not functioning properly and he is still being monitored.

However, according to a family member, the most recent information indicates that his condition has not improved, reports India Today.

Family members of Raju Srivastava visited a Gurdwara in Delhi to offer prayers for his quick recovery. All of the comedian’s family members are present at AIIMS, according to Prashant, his brother-in-law.

Raju Srivastava’s business manager had said that there hasn’t been much of an improvement in his health in a statement to PTI. The comedian is still being ventilated. “He is not aware of anything. His health has not really improved much. His mind is not functioning. Observe and wait, advise doctors. Pray for a quick recovery for him ” he said.

According to the same PTI story, Dr Nitish Naik, a professor in the AIIMS department of cardiology, is providing treatment for Raju Srivastava. After having a heart attack on Wednesday, the 58-year-old stand-up comedian was taken to the hospital and later underwent angioplasty.
