Ranchi, Aug.27: Political advisor of BJP legislature party chief Sunil Tiwary did not get any relief from the lower court today.
Landed in trouble after registration of an FIR for his alleged crime of committing sexual exploitation of his tribal maid, Tiwary had knocked on the door of the principal judicial commissioner of Ranchi for anticipatory bail petition but the court did not entertain his matter today and transferred it before the court of additional judicial commissioner Vishal Shrivastava.
Tiwary is in dire need of anticipatory bail from the court as state police investigating the sexual exploitation case procured a warrant of arrest against him amid political controversy taking the case against him. Apart from this, the bail will be of his great help to act properly in the situation when he also has knocked the door of the Supreme Court for a direction to Mumbai High Court to expedite the hearing in a case of similar nature by a Mumbai model against state chief minister Hemant Soren.
