Palamu, Sept 3: The Palamu police have achieved a significant success by apprehending two Maoists in the Chhatarpur Thana region. They have also seized 5 lakh rupees from their possession.
The arrested Maoists have been identified as Hari Yadav and Vinod Yadav. It is reported that the seized money was being transported to deliver it to Maoist commander Nitesh Yadav who has a reward of Rs 10 lakhs on his head.
According to information, the Palamu police acted upon confidential information, conducted a search operation, and successfully apprehended the two Maoists.
