Patratu: OP Jindal School’s Vansh wins gold in national karate championship

Ramgarh: Vansh Pathak, a student of OP Jindal School, Patratu, has brought laurels to the school as well as the area by winning the gold medal in the Oceanic Cup National Karate Championship which was held in Shimla.

The school management as well as coach Dheeraj Kumar Pathak, who is the father of Vansh and is working as a physical education teacher in OP Jindal School, are very happy and excited about his achievement.

“It is a matter of pride for the school that Vansh Pathak, a student of class VI of our school, has won the gold medal in the National Karate Championship. We wish that he continues to win such competitions and make the school proud,” Principal Prasoon Kumar Dey said.

Vice-principal Santosh Chaudhary said that Vansh has brought laurels to the school by winning the gold medal.  There is an atmosphere of joy among all the teachers and students of the school.

Vansh Pathak credits his victory to his hard work, and his guru. The Principal, Vice Principal and all the teachers have wished him luck for his future.
