Ranchi, June 9: A Mega Medical Camp was organized at the Panchayat Bhawan of Balkudra on June 9 as part of PVUN’s Community Development initiatives.
During the camp, tests for haemoglobin, random sugar, and blood pressure were performed in addition to regular health check-ups and free medicines. Over 100 beneficiaries of the nearby villages availed the facilities.
The camp was organized in line with the Pradhan Mantri Surakshit Matritva Yojana, wherein free medical facilities are provided to pregnant women on the 9th of every month. With initiatives like these, PVUN strives for a healthy community to have a better tomorrow.
