Chhotaudepur, Sept 27: Prime Minister Narendra Modi officially inaugurated development projects worth Rs 5,206 crore in Chhotaudepur, Gujarat, on Wednesday.
Gujarat Chief Minister Bhupendra Patel and BJP’s state president CR Paatil were in attendance with the Prime Minister.
Earlier in the day, the Prime Minister kicked off the proceedings for the 20th anniversary of the Vibrant Gujarat Global Summit at Science City in Ahmedabad.
The Prime Minister addressed the gathering and referred to the summit’s 20 years as a “key milestone” in the development of the state.
“Vibrant Gujarat was made a channel to increase the self-confidence of Gujarat and a channel to speak to the world eye to eye,” the PM said.
He said that the success of the Vibrant Gujarat Global Summit is being watched by the entire globe and stated “Vibrant Gujarat is not just a programme of branding but more than that it is a programme of bonding.”
