PM on Rahul Gandhi’s target on expansion of Modi cabinet, said, number of ministers increased, not for vaccine

Rahul Gandhi on Thursday took a jibe at the removal of Dr Harsh Vardhan from the post of Union Health Minister and the appointment of Mansukh Mandaviya as Health Minister. Said that this means that now there will be no shortage of vaccines in the country.

NewDelhi: Congress leader Rahul Gandhi continues to attack the Modi government. Today on Sunday, about the expansion of the Council of Ministers, taunted that the number of ministers has increased, not the vaccine. Recently, 43 new ministers have been sworn in in the Modi cabinet. By linking the expansion of the Council of Ministers to anti-corona vaccination, Rahul attacked the Modi government. Quoting a media report, Rahul Gandhi said by writing the hash tag #WhereAreVaccines (Where are the vaccines?). The number of ministers has increased, not the vaccine.

According to the media report that Rahul has cited, if 88 lakh vaccines are administered daily in India, 60 percent of the population will be vaccinated by December 2021. This will help in stopping the third wave. According to media reports, an average of 34 lakh doses are being given per day in India at present.

More than 38.60 crore vaccines given to states and union territories

The Union Health Ministry informed on Sunday that states, union territories and private hospitals have more than 1.44 crore anti-Covid-19 vaccines. He said that more than 38.60 crore vaccines have been provided to the states and union territories from all sources and 11,25,140 vaccines are to be given. According to the data received till 8 am, a total of 37,16,47,625 vaccines have been consumed including the wasted vaccines. Let us tell you that the new phase of Kovid-19 vaccination started from June 21.
