Rahul Gandhi, the party’s MP and Sonia’s son, is now conducting the Bharat Jodo Yatra in Rajasthan, thus Sonia is there to support him. She left for Jaipur on her way to Ranthambore, where she will celebrate her 76th birthday at a resort run by a close family friend with her children Rahul and Priyanka Gandhi Vadra.

The Gandhis are staying in Sujan Sher Bagh, a posh resort near Ranthambore Tiger Reserve, owned by Anjali and Jaisal Singh, family friends of the Gandhis. In reality, the couple and Priyanka collaborated in the writing of the book ‘Ranthambhore: The Tiger’s Realm.’

Sonia is reportedly visiting Rajasthan for four days.
