Ranchi, Jan.25: BJP state president and Rajya Sabha member Deepak Prakash has demanded immediate dismissal of JPSC chairman Amitabh Choudhary and then registration of an FIR against him.

Demand of Prakash came after the JPSC  told the Jharkhand High Court that it will review PT result and defer mains examination scheduled from January 28.

“Development that took place in the court is contrary to what is being said by the government. This JPSC chairman should immediately be dismissed and an FIR be registered against him for bungling in JPSC PT examination,” Prakash said.

Prakash while raising the demand reiterated his demanded of a CBI probe into the matter.

“Development which took place in the high court is a victory of agitators and BJP leaders who continued their struggle to expose the erring officials of the JPSC. I reiterate my demand of a CBI probe into the matter besides registration of an FIR against the JPSC chairman,” Prakash said.
