Patratu, Sept 9: As a part of PVUN’s Community Development initiatives, a Mega Medical Camp was organized at the Sankul Panchayat Bhawan on Friday. Along with regular health check-ups complementary medicines and tests like Hemoglobin, Random Sugar, Blood Pressure, Hepatitis – B, etc. were also done during this camp.
Over 300 beneficiaries of the nearby villages availed the facilities and took guidance from the available pediatrician, gynecologist and general physicians.
The camp was organized in line with the Pradhan Mantri Surakshit Matritva Yojana, wherein accessible medical facilities are provided to pregnant women every month. With initiatives like these, PVUN strives for a healthy community for a better tomorrow.
