Railway Board Service Committee member from Jharkhand visits three stations in Bihar

Ranchi, Nov.15: Member of Railway Board Passenger Service Committee and senior BJP leader of Jharkhand, Gurvinder Singh Sethi, visited three railway stations of Bihar to be developed keeping tourism point of view.

 

The three stations included Hajipur, Shahpur Patori and Vidyapati Railway Station. Visiting there Sethi asked the officials to take care of its cleanliness and improve other amenities citing the importance of these places for national and international tourists.

 

Sethi after his visit to these stations shared the information with Lagatar24.com saying it was an inspection visit and the purpose behind the same is to make railway employees aware of how these places are important for the connection of Maithili poet Vidyapati.

 

Sethi was earlier vice-chairman of the state minority connection and apart from working in the interest of passengers was also associated with the governance of Gurunanak Hospital and Research Centre running in the Jharkhand capital.
