Mysuru, Feb 13: An FIR has been lodged in Mysuru’s VV Puram police station against actor Rakhi Sawant’s husband Adil Durrani on Monday for allegedly raping an Iranian women.
As per reports, Adil Durrani has been accused of raping, cheating, threatening, and blackmailing a female student who came to Mysuru from Iran to study. A case has been registered at VV Puram Police Station under IPC section 376.
According to police, the young woman claims that Adil raped her while they were living together in Mysore under the guise of marriage. She stated Adil refused to marry her five months ago. She also accused him of blackmailing her that he would share her private photographs on social media. Police filed the FIR under IPC Sections 406, 420 498 (A), and 377.

Moreover, Adil is already imprisoned in connection with a fraud case filed by Rakhi Sawant. This is the second FIR filed against Adil.
He was arrested after Rakhi filed an FIR against him, for mishandling her funds. Rakhi also accused him of engaging in domestic violence and claimed that Adil had broken up with her and was living with his alleged girlfriend.
