Ramgarh, April 23: Actor cum BJP MP Ravi Kishan was disappointed after the railway department did not grant permission to shoot his upcoming Hindi film ‘Varchasva’.
On Friday, a scene of the film was to be shot at Bhurkunda railway station and coal siding in Jharkhand. The film’s actor Ravi Kishan along with his entire team had reached there for the shooting.
The first scene of the film was of Ravi Kishan entering the railway station and siding in the ambassador car. When the actor reached the siding sitting in the car, the team of RPF Barkakana Railway stopped him from shooting the film.
They said that written permission was not received from the Railway Department for shooting to be done at the location.
The incident angered Ravi Kishan and he reprimanded the local team for this. The team struggled for hours for continuing the shooting but permission was not given to them.
Eventually, Ravi Kishan had to return without shooting. Due to the Bhurkunda railway station being on a four-lane road, a large number of passers-by and locals gathered on hearing the news of the shooting. It was said that the team had also reached Patratu station for shooting and they did not have permission to shoot the movie even there.
