Ramgarh bags top spot in Jharkhand State Inter School Kickboxing C’ship

Ramgarh, Jan 11: In the first Jharkhand State Inter School Kickboxing Championship held at Hazaribag, the kickboxing team of Ramgarh district secured the first position.

In this competition, the players from the Ramgarh district won20 medals. They secured first place with 17 gold, two silver and one bronze medal. Md Shami, a student of class 10, Rajkishore Singh High School Harhad-Kander in Dulmi Block has brought laurels to the region by winning a gold medal at the Jharkhand State Inter KickBoxing Championship.

Principal, Durga Prasad Singh congratulated Shami for his great achievement and wished him a bright future.

Meanwhile, assistant teacher Naval Mishra said that Shami is a brilliant student in both sports and academics. Though from a remote area, Shami has proved that hard work and dedication can lead to success. Shami has become an inspiration for the youth of the area.
