Ramgarh: Construction of access road to Palani waterfall begins

Ramgarh, March 14: Work is being done to develop tourist places in various areas under Ramgarh district, while the availability of other basic facilities, including access roads to previously identified tourist places is being ensured on the instructions of Madhavi Mishra, DC, Ramgarh.

The construction work of access road to Palani waterfall tourist spot under Patratu block has started, while the work of ensuring beautification of Palani waterfall, availability of basic facilities, parking and other facilities has already been completed.

The construction of the access road is to be done in 3 phases through the Tourism Promotion and District Anabandh Fund, in which at present the work of the access road from Palani Falls to Patratu Dam has started.

Meanwhile, for the purpose of timely completion of the works, regular reviews are being done by the DC. Instructions have been given by the DC to start the work of the second phase of the access road to Palani waterfall soon.

Apart from this, the DC has directed to start the work of installation of smart signage boards at various tourist places of the district like Patratu Lake Resort, Palani Falls, Maa Chinnamastika Siddha Peeth Rajrappa, Mayatungari Pahad and other tourist places and at the entry points of tourist places.

After installation of smart signage boards at various tourist places and entry points of tourist places under Ramgarh district, any tourist will be able to scan the QR code printed on the smart signage board and get information related to tourist places in many other languages.
