Ramgarh, Jan 11: In view of the possible bypoll, District Election Officer cum Deputy Commissioner Madhavi Mishra held a meeting with the cell officers in the Collectorate hall on Wednesday.
Ramgarh DC has instructed all officials to understand the seriousness of the election and work towards the intended direction. She also instructed the senior officials to hold meetings with cell officers and other personnel to discuss and distribute the work. Along with this, she instructed them to provide a list to the Ministry of Finance in relation to needs such as supplies and personnel.
During the meeting, Madhavi Mishra asked the cell officials to prepare a database of the magistrates and personnel working during the elections, to make arrangements regarding the training locations and to train the vehicle cell officials as per the vehicle’s requirements.
While addressing the meeting, she also provided other necessary instructions including ensuring availability during the by-elections. Regarding the work of the Voter Awareness Fund, DC directed to organize programs to increase the voting percentage by paying special attention to both urban and rural youth.
Moreover, Madhavi Mishra gave the necessary instructions to the Executive Magistrate and District Deputy Election Officer to share the information received from the Election Commission with the concerned cells and to coordinate with all cells.
