Ramgarh, Aug 21: A review meeting was organized in the Collectorate Hall under the chairmanship of Ramgarh Deputy Commissioner (DC) Chandan Kumar on Monday regarding the works being done under DMFT (District Mineral Foundation Trust) and the tourism development.
The DC directed the DMFT team to prepare a report related to the benefits being received by the common people from the currently operated Health Prosperity Vehicle Project
In view of establishing a health warehouse near Sadar Hospital, Ramgarh, community health centres for Dulmi and Chitarpur and MTC (Malnutrition Treatment Center) centres for Dulmi, Chitarpur and Patratu, the DC directed the health department officials to coordinate at the state level.
During the meeting, the DC, after taking information about the vacancies of doctors and health workers in the health centres operated in different blocks of the district, directed the members of the DMFT team to immediately provide proposals related to the vacancies of all doctors and health workers.
In order to review the Got Bank Project operated through DMFT, he directed to organize training for the purpose of benefiting the beneficiaries in a better way and to prepare a proposal for sending the beneficiaries on an exposure visit.
With a view to ensure a complete stop of illegal mining, the DC asked the District Mining Officer to identify sensitive areas in different areas of the district and prepare a proposal for monitoring through CCTV, check posts etc.
During the review of the organic farming project being conducted on 15-15 acres of land in all the blocks of the district under DMFT, he directed the project director Atma to ensure the registration of all identified FPOs by September 5.
He also took information about the works done so far under Urlong and Ara water supply scheme from the Executive Engineer Drinking Water and Sanitation Division, after which he decided to construct both projects by August 31.
