Ramgarh DMO seizes hywa laden with illegal stone chips

Ramgarh, Aug 29: District Mining Officer (DMO) Nitesh Gupta seized a hywa carrying illegal stone chips around 9:30 am on Tuesday morning. 550 CFT of illegal chips stone was laden on the hywa. An FIR was lodged against the named hywa driver, owner and the persons involved in the Rajrappa police station and it was directed to take immediate action by identifying the persons involved in the illegal mining, transportation and storage.

Continuous raids are being conducted by DMO Nitesh Gupta and his team for the complete prevention of illegal mining, storage and transportation. Hywa bearing registration number JH24J-0487 was caught carrying stone chips on the main road of Rajrappa police station area, Naya Mor. When the documents of the chips were demanded from the driver Sanjay Marandi, the driver did not show the documents after which taking immediate action, the DMO seized the vehicle and handed it over to the police station.

Gupta said that illegal mining, storage and transportation will not be allowed in the district at any cost.  Illegal mining storage and transportation is being closely monitored.  He clearly said that the illegal doers would not be spared at any cost.
