Ramgarh, Dec 30: Shantidhara Foundation, organised a felicitation ceremony at Ramgarh Gymkhana Club on Thursday. During the ceremony, the fourth Shantidhara Samman 2022 was awarded to Dr AK Berlia last evening.
Dr. Berlia was felicitated with a flower bouquet, gift, citation and a shawl. While presiding over the function, Founder President Suresh P Agarwal said that for the past 30 years, Dr. AK Berlia is active. He is awarded Shantidhara Chikitsa Samman for providing excellent medical services as a pediatrician in the Ramgarh district. Earlier this honor has been given to Dr. K. Chandra, Dr. Rajeev Kumar Gupta and Dr. Santvana Sharan.
Dr. Berlia said that this honor is like a lifetime achievement award for him. With this respect, his social responsibility has increased further. He thanked Shantidhara Foundation for this honour.
Executive President Govind Lal Agarwal gave the welcome speech, Vice President DP Singh delivered the vote of thanks and Dr. Rajani Gupta presented the life introduction of Dr. Berlia and the social work done by him. Narayan Prasad Jalan, Vimla Jalan, Gautam Jalan Punam Jalan, Mahabir Berlia, Ankit Berlia, Vice President Raman Mehra, Ratan Jain, Anand Sharoff, Lalit Jain, Suresh Bagadia, Rajesh Agarwal, Manjit Sawhney, Secretary Prabhat Agarwal and Kiran Shankar Dutta were presented at the ceremony.
