Ramgarh, March 2: Ramgarh police today arrested three accused of the Bitka Bauri murder case in Ramgarh. They have been identified as Gobind Kumar (30), Anjit Munda (33) and Badal Lohra (21).
Notably, SP Piyush Pande said in a press conference that three bike-borne criminals shot and killed Rajkishore Bauri alias Bitka Bauri (35), a resident of Sauda Basti on Feb 26.
In this regard, Patratu (Bhurkunda) police station case No. 0-30 / 2023, dated 26.02.2023, Section 302 / 34 / 120B IPC and 27 Arms Act was registered.
In view of the importance of the incident, a prompt investigation started. A raiding team was formed under the leadership of Sub-Divisional Police Officer Patratu Dr VK Choudhary.
Soon, three criminals involved in the incident have been arrested, who are active members of the Pandey gang. Continuous raids are being conducted against other criminals involved in this incident.
The weapon and motorcycle used in the incident have been recovered at the instance of the arrested accused.
Notably, Bitka Bauri was the representative of Badkagaon Congress MLA Amba Prasad.
