The general secretary said that appointments on the grounds of compassion have been stopped in Gramin Bank for a long. As a result, the Retired Employees Association has called for immediate registration of the employees as per the government guidelines.

The retired employees are deprived of bank services and health insurance schemes, so the association demands for insurance coverage. The amount was illegally deducted in the name of provident funds and pensions. The association is also demanding reimbursement of retired employees and pension plans.
