Ramgarh: Students of DAV Barkakana celebrates Constitution Day

Ramgarh, Nov 26: DAV Public School, N.T.S Barkakana celebrated Constitution Day to increase awareness about our constitution. On this occasion, a pledge comprising of preamble was taken by the senior  Social Science teacher Madhulika Prasad along with all the students and teachers.

A speech on the constitution was also delivered by Astuti Prakash of class XI. Harpreet Kaur of the same class made the children aware of the unknown facts about the constitution. A poem on the constitution was recited by Muskan and a quiz on the same was organised by Ayush Kumar, both students of class XI.

The principal of the school Dr Urmila Singh in her message to the children said, “Our constitution is the result of hard labour and cares for every group of people living in India granting them equal rights and opportunities. It is one of the best in the world.”
