Ranchi, July 20: A pickup van driver fatally crushed a female sub-inspector named Sandhya Topno when she was conducting a vehicle inspection in Ranchi, early on Wednesday morning. In this incident, the state BJP leaders reacted strongly and raised questions about Hemant Soren’s government.
BJP state president Deepak Prakash said that since the Hemant Soren government was formed in Jharkhand, there has been a huge increase in cattle smuggling.
“The smugglers have the complete protection and dedication of the parties sitting in the government. Due to this the law and order of the state have collapsed. The incident of Tupudana is a moving example of Jungle Raj. Deepak Prakash said that the BJP warns the government to put a stop to cow smuggling or be ready to become the wrath of the public,” he added.

Jharkhand BJP MP Sanjay Seth said that the law and order have collapsed in Jharkhand.
“It is a matter of investigation why Sandhya Topno was deployed on night duty. I will raise the issue of the law & order situation in Jharkand in Parliament today. Sandhya Topno must get justice,” he added.

BJP Legislature Party leader Babulal Marandi said that the courage of criminals is at its peak in Jharkhand.
“Today, the way cattle smugglers crushed and killed a woman inspector Sandhya Topno in Ranchi, it seems that despite the restrictions, a big gang of smuggling is working, for which even killing a police officer is not a big deal,” he said.
“When the police officers are not safe in the state, then what is the guarantee of the safety of the common man? What has become the plight of Jharkhand today in the pursuit of protecting the corrupt, is no longer hidden from anyone. The Chief Minister should ensure the arrest of the leaders of these gangs,” he further added.
