Ranchi, Nov 24: A workshop on CMPF and Pension Claim was organised today at the Convention Center of CCL Headquarters. Director (Personnel) Harsh Nath Mishra, Chief Vigilance Officer (CCL/CMPFO) SK Sinha, Additional Commissioner of CMPFO Shivraj Kumar Sinha attended the Workshop.
GM (Admi) UP Narayan, GM (Legal) Partho Bhattacharjee and a large number of officers and employees were also present on the occasion. The main objective of the workshop was to discuss in detail the anomalies and problems in CMPF and pension claims and to rectify them.
While addressing the workshop, Director (Personnel) Harsh Nath Mishra directed the dealing personnel present in the auditorium from different areas including CMPFO and CCL HQ to clear the pending cases at the earliest.
He said that it is their moral responsibility to ensure that the personnel who have retired after serving for a long time do not have to make repeated visits to the office for CMPF and pension.
Chief Vigilance Officer SK Sinha also emphasised on early disposal of pending CMPF/pension cases by removing anomalies.
Speaking on the occasion Additional Commissioner Shivraj Kumar Sinha said that the documents related to CMPF and pension claims need to be executed flawlessly and with care.
For this, he also gave necessary guidelines to all the officers and employees who came from the headquarters and regions. Chief guest Shivraj Kumar Sinha informed everyone in detail about the delay in CMPF and pension payment and the technical reasons involved in them.
He told everyone through PowerPoint presentation how to fill the CMPF and pension forms in the right way so that there is no errors in it. He also told the people in detail about the various provisions of the CMPF Scheme 1948. He further said that organizing this one-day workshop will surely benefit everyone a lot.
The Chief Manager (Personnel), CCL, SK Tiwari gave the vote of thanks and the team CCL especially the pension department played an active role in organizing the workshop.
