Ranchi, Dec 29: Central Coalfields Limited (CCL), in association with NIPM, Ranchi chapter organised a seminar on artificial intelligence and its impact on HR at CCL and the new wage code at the Headquarters in Ranchi.
Notably, HN Mishra, Director (P) of CCL delivered the keynote address on artificial intelligence and its impact on HR while NK Ojha, Ex-GM (P) of CMPDIL spoke on the new wage code.
Speaking on the occasion, Mishra dwelled on various aspects of Artificial intelligence and how it impacts Human Resources. He spoke about the positive aspects of Artificial intelligence and the need to use it constructively.
Furthermore, NK Ojha spoke in detail about the different labour laws.
AK Choubey, Ex Dir (P&IR) of CIL and GD Ghulab along with delegates from CCL, CMPDIL and various other public sector undertakings attended the seminars.
