Ranchi, May 9: Court of additional judicial commissioner MK Verma pronounced life imprisonment to Subhash Munda for killing a young man in a love triangle. Along with this, the court has also imposed a fine of Rs 60,000 on the accused.
10 witnesses were produced against the accused during the hearing. Last Thursday, the court convicted Subhash in this case.
This case arose after a murder case was registered at Dassam Fall police station after the murder of one Subhash Munda on December 24, 2018.
Accused Subhash Munda and deceased Ram Charan Munda were having a love affair with the same girl. Subhash disliked it.
On the night of 23rd December 2018, when Ram Charan Munda slept with his friends at Birsa Entrepreneurship Centre, Subhash Munda killed him by hitting his head with a car repairing tool.
