Ranchi, Jan 17: Ranchi Deputy Commissioner Chhavi Ranjan has directed officials to prepare a database regarding the Covid-19 vaccination of adolescents in the age group of 15-18 years during a virtual meeting of the District Covid Task Force today.
In the meeting, the review of Covid-19 vaccination work in the district was done by the DC. Taking detailed information about the work of giving 15 plus, 18 plus and precautionary doses, he gave necessary guidelines.
The DC said that after the database is ready, all the BDOs should make clusters and get the vaccination done and the dropout children should be identified through the school.
While reviewing the testing cell during the meeting, the DC said that the number of rapid antigen tests should be increased. He praised the block for performing well in the investigation, as well as directed the BDO and MOIC of the less tested block to improve the performance in a week.
While reviewing the home isolation and call centre, the DC gave necessary directions to the concerned senior officer and said that timely tracking of the home isolated patients and delivery of Chief Minister’s Corona Relief Kit must be ensured.
He also gave necessary directions to AC Ranchi to identify the Containment Zone.
DC Ranjan directed to give shift wise details of deputed personnel in all floors of District Covid Hospital (Sadar Hospital). He said that all the deputation officials, employees, doctors and health workers should be present in their shifts and action would be taken for negligence in work.
