Ranchi. Feb 26: The students of the Institute of Hotel Management (IHM) in the city will now be given degrees under the Jawaharlal Nehru University (JNU). Notably, an agreement has been signed between the IHM and JNU for this.

Students will be able to get a JNU degree from Ranchi itself from the upcoming session. As per the information, the JNIU will be providing certificates for both UG and PG courses.

Admission to UG and PG courses will be done on the basis of said ranks. The last date for registration to appear in the exam in 2023 is April 27. Later, admission tests will be taken on May 14.

The registration fee for the exam for general category candidates is Rs 1000. On the other hand, EWS candidates will have to pay Rs 700; while ST, SC, PWD and third gender will have to pay Rs 450. As per the information, entrance tests will be computer-based exams of three hours. The timings of the exam have been set from 9 am to 12 noon.

As per the information, candidates will be asked questions of 200 marks in the exam of which 30 questions each will be asked from Numerical Ability, Reasoning and General Knowledge and Current Affairs respectively.
