Ranchi, April 28: The placement cell at Marwadi College has invited applications from UG/PG of BA, BSc, B.Com, MA, MSc, and M.Com students whose year of passing is 2019, 2020, 2021, 2022 for the post of ‘US IT Recruiter’ as a fulltime candidate in Ayant Software Pvt. Ltd.
Interested students fulfilling the eligibility criteria mentioned below may submit their CVs (along with any admit card issued by the College) at Marwari College Placement Cell on 30th April (Saturday) to office assistant Rita Singh between 11:30 am and 2 pm.
The job responsibilities would include developing recruiting strategies that meet anticipated staffing needs; reviewing job orders and employment applications to match applicants with job requirements; searching for job candidates using various sources such as databases, internet recruiting resources, networking, job fairs, media advertisements, recruiting firms, or employee referrals; and selecting job applicants, confirm their qualifications and refer them to hiring managers, making recommendations when appropriate.
Along with this, other responsibilities will include interviewing job applicants as part of the screening process to get information on their work history, job skills, training, and education, and inform them of the position’s duties and responsibilities, compensation, benefits, and working conditions.
Analysing employment data related to the position and creating reports based on their findings; advising management on implementing, organizing, and preparing recruiting programs while providing them with training on interviewing, counselling techniques, performance appraisals, or documentation of performance issues are also a part of it.
Candidates will also be expected to contact applicants to inform them of their application statuses and conduct background or reference checks on job applicants, particularly those who will be given job offers.
Pre-placement talk, group discussion and personal interview will be a part of the screening process. The cost to the company (CTC) is Rs 12,500 – 15,000 per month (after on job training (OJT) candidates may earn up to Rs 20,000 after six months based on performance.
The job location will be Bokaro, however, for the first three months, the candidate may have to live in Kolkata for training with a salary while the joining will be processed as per recruitment policy. Candidates will have night shifts (US Shift) from 8 pm IST to 5:30 am for all positions on Monday to Friday, while Saturday & Sunday will be off days.
The campus drive for the position is to be held on the college campus on May 2. Reporting time for the same is 10:15 am. As per college officials, only the first 50 registered students will get the opportunity of attending the hiring process.
