Ranchi: The second day of Ranchi Municipal Corporation’s Janata Darbar saw citizens actively engaging with officials to address civic concerns. The initiative, launched on May 3, 2025, aims to provide immediate solutions to urban issues by allowing residents to directly voice their grievances.

Complaints range from water to waste management

A total of 14 residents submitted complaints, suggestions, and applications to the civic body. The majority of complaints revolved around water supply issues, drain cleaning, garbage management, road repairs, and house tax disputes. In several instances, officials responded with on-the-spot action and directed relevant departments to act promptly.
